20.00: Convention kick-off, word of welcome and housekeeping announcements

20.15: performance by Garoon folk dance group

21.00: quiz

22.00: venue closes

Saturday 12 April

From 09.00: registration desk open, book buffet and raffle ticket sales

10.00: opening, housekeeping announcements

10.30 - 11.30: author talk by Jacqueline Zirkzee

11.30: bookswap game (sign-up (max. 20) on the forum)

12.30 – 14.00 break for lunch (off premises, not included)

14.00 - 15.00: author talk by Jen Minkman

15.15 – 15.45: bids for 2026 Convention

16.00 - 16.45: performance by storyteller Sahand Sahebdivani

17.00: raffle draw

approx. 18.00-19.00: venue closes, gather for dinner (exact time to be announced)

Sunday 13 April

09.00: venue open, book buffet

10.00 - 11.00: author talk by Sebastiaan Mathôt

approx. 11.00 - 11.30: bag up left-over books from the book buffet for release walk

11.45: Walk to Hotel de Wereld for group photo, followed by release walk

approx. 12.45-13.00: release wak ends at Thuis.
